What is included in the ticket?
Your ticket includes:

Where does the bus depart from?
The bus departs from Penn Station (Manhattan) or Queens, depending on the route you select during checkout.
Your exact departure point will be clearly confirmed in your ticket and confirmation email.
Please arrive at the selected pickup point at least 15 minutes before departure.
What time should I arrive?
Buses depart promptly from the designated pickup point to ensure timely arrival at the stadium. Passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Late arrivals are at the passenger’s own risk, and the Company is not responsible for missed departures.
Can I cancel my ticket?
Cancellations must be requested by email at least 3 days before departure and are eligible for a 51% refund. Requests made within 72 hours are non-refundable. If the Company cancels the trip, you will receive a full refund. No refunds are issued for no-shows. For full details, please review our Terms and Conditions.
How do I receive my ticket?
