World Cop LLC – Charter Bus Services

Effective Date: January 20, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of charter bus services provided by World Cop LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a New York–based company specializing in transportation services for major sporting events and matches.

By making a reservation, purchasing a ticket, or boarding our buses, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.


1. Reservations and Payments

Booking Process

Reservations must be made through our website or authorized sales channels. You must provide accurate personal information, including name, email address, phone number, and payment details.

All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email including your itinerary details, such as:

  • Pickup point (typically Manhattan, New York)
  • Departure time
  • Stadium destination
  • Match information

Age Restrictions

Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age or guardianship.


2. Cancellations and Changes

Customer Cancellations

Cancellation or change requests must be submitted in writing via email to Fedemazzeo1989@gmail.com at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled departure date.

  • Eligible cancellations will receive a refund of 51% of the total payment amount.
  • Requests made within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable and not eligible for changes.

Company Cancellations

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to insufficient bookings, mechanical issues, or other operational reasons.

In such cases:

  • A full refund will be issued within seven (7) business days to the original payment method.
  • The Company is not responsible for additional expenses such as missed events, lodging, or alternative transportation.

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time will be considered a completed service, and no refund or credit will be issued.


3. Punctuality and Operations

Departure Schedule

Buses depart promptly from the designated pickup point to ensure timely arrival at the stadium. Passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

Late arrivals are at the passenger’s own risk, and the Company is not responsible for missed departures.

Itinerary Changes

Match schedules, dates, times, and venues are subject to changes by tournament organizers. While reasonable efforts will be made to adapt services, final decisions are controlled by third-party organizers.


4. Passenger Conduct and Safety

Conduct Rules

Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and Company policies. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

  • Possession or consumption of alcohol, drugs, or weapons
  • Disruptive, violent, or threatening behavior
  • Harassment or conduct that endangers others

The Company reserves the right to deny boarding or remove any passenger without refund if these rules are violated.

Personal Belongings

Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The Company is not liable for items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or left on the bus.

Health and Accessibility

Buses comply with applicable ADA requirements. Requests for special accommodations must be communicated at the time of booking. Passengers with medical conditions travel at their own risk.


5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or stadium security procedures
  • Personal injury, death, or property damage not resulting from gross negligence
  • Denial of stadium entry due to invalid tickets or violations of venue rules
  • Issues related to online transactions or third-party services

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific reservation.


6. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather
  • Pandemics or epidemics
  • Acts of terrorism or civil unrest
  • Government actions or power failures

In such cases, services may be canceled or modified. Affected customers may receive a credit for future services or a partial refund of up to 50%, at the Company’s discretion.


7. Insurance and Compliance

The Company maintains commercial auto insurance in compliance with federal and state regulations, including FMCSA requirements.

Passengers are strongly encouraged to obtain personal travel insurance, as Company insurance does not cover individual claims beyond legal requirements.


8. Data Privacy and Security

Data Collection

Personal information is collected solely for service delivery, payment processing, and operational communication.

Security

Industry-standard safeguards are used to protect customer data. However, customers acknowledge inherent risks associated with online transactions.

Compliance

Data practices comply with applicable regulations, including the New York SHIELD Act.


9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

By using our services, you waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.


10. Miscellaneous

  • Waiver Requirement: Passengers may be required to sign a separate liability waiver at booking or boarding.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain valid.
  • Amendments: These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer.
